I do receive compensation in the form of product in return for creating and posting projects on my blog as part of my DT requirement. However, I maintain my freedom as an independent designer to say what I truly think of their products, and will never recommend something that I don't personally enjoy creating with. Any additional promotion I do outside my DT requirement is done purely for my personal love of the product.
